If you have a policy with us and need to make a claim, simply call our dedicated claims line and a member of the team will be happy to help. You can report new claims 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Things you must do in the event of an accident

Stop as soon as it is safe to do so

Don’t panic and try to remain calm

Check that any passengers are ok

Call the emergency services if required

Exit the vehicle if it is safe to do so

Take photos of the accident, location and of any damage

Make a note of the vehicle registration or take a photo!

Obtain information from the other driver and from any witnesses (Telephone number, name, insurance details, address)

Report the incident to our dedicated claims team as soon as possible

Remember

All incidents must be reported, regardless of fault, even if you do not intend to make a claim.
